1. General Overview & Acceptance

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products or services from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

2. Hardware Products & Included Service Plans (Transparency)

WhalePet offers IoT hardware products, including the P100 Pet GPS Tracker and the D600 4G AI Dashcam. All pricing is stated in US Dollars (USD).

  • First-Year Service Included: Hardware devices are bundled with the initial connectivity and platform service period clearly stated on the product page (e.g., 12 months of global 4G IoT connectivity and full tracking platform access).
  • Voluntary Renewals & NO Automatic Billing: Service renewals after the initial term are 100% voluntary. We NEVER store credit cards for recurring auto-billing, and we NEVER automatically charge your payment method upon expiration. We will send you an optional renewal reminder via email prior to service expiry, allowing you full control over whether to renew.
  • No Hidden Fees: There are no setup fees, contract activation fees, or hidden cancellation fees.

3. Lawful & Acceptable Use

Our GPS tracking hardware and software platform must be used strictly in compliance with applicable local, state, and international laws. You agree not to use our products or services to track individuals, vehicles, or property without the express legal consent of the subject or property owner. WhalePet expressly disclaims liability for any unlawful surveillance or privacy violation conducted by third parties using our devices.

4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Purchases are subject to our dedicated Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. We provide a 30-day return policy for unused products and a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall TelWhale Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of our products or inability to access our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
